Job Description (List of task carried out)

1. To observe & monitor that all customers are routed in the most effective and efficient manner. Report on new outlets to the Head Quarter and ensure that outlets are routed.
2. To ensure that customers are group and routed according to area and day if service and monitor the hit rate/ success/ non-scanned outlets.
3. To ensure the Sales Department is performing major re-routing exercise every six months, minor tweaking to be done on a regular basis ideally after every market visit.
4. Barcode must be available in the outlets where possible. To report on damage barcode. Liaise with Sales Department, HQ, on barcode replacement.
5. To observe & monitor the wet market serviced weekly and if possible, all outlets must be service on weekly basis.
6. To ensure that all located SKU’s are distributed to Sales Representative and sold in the market.
7. To highlights on short expiry stocks and outline the action to be taken to clear in market.
8. Product rotation. Slow moving items must be rotated to retail outlets. To highlight to the Management.
9. To update the management if out of stock at the customer place or the respective sakes vehicles.
10. 30. 2 weeks at outstation & 2 weeks in Klang Valley branches (Rawang, Selayang 1 & Selayang 2, Puchong, Klang, Kajang, Meru)
