Assist the overall running of Halal compliance setup to the organization.

Job Description (List of task carried out)

1. To do Halal daily inspection and monitor Halal Critical Point (HCP) at the factories.
2. To carry out the internal Halal audit, CAR issuance report and subsequent follow-ups for the maintenance of Halal Assurance System.
3. To assist on Halal certificate applications.
4. To assist on typhoid vaccination and record keeping.
5. To monitor weekly factory cleaning during cleaning process.
6. To assist on Halal documentation and maintain Halal file accordingly.
7. To assist on entertain JAKIM/JAIS officer (s) upon auditing/enforcement.
8. To check for compliance for procedures followed strictly according to Malaysia Halal Standard requirements.
9. To assist in exhibition when require.
10. Compile reports and take instruction from Halal Affairs Manager time to time.

Education Requirement

1. Degree in any related field.
2. Certified Halal Executive by Halal Proffesional Board (HPB).

1. Computer skills.
2. Problem solving skills.
