Job Summary (Brief summary of Job Responsibility)

Assist the Human Resource Manager/ Assistant Manager to support the administration of the day-to-day operations of human resources department pertaining Compensation and Benefits (C & B) functions which will cover all the Baba Group of companies

Job Description (List of task carried out)

1. Prepare job offer letter and appointment letter and prepare relevant documents for new employee.                                        
2. Create and update employees personal file, to verify the document of newly joined employees and input employees detail in the Orisoft system and notifying Payroll, Reporting Department pertaining new join staff.                                        
3. Keep updating Sales Employee Master List on  Contract Renewal and Confirmation and evaluation for staff as well as to distribute it before the due date.                                        
4. Checking Sales Line Assignment from Sales Dept and preparing commission assignment letter.                                        
5. To monitor incoming letters and prepare all HR related letters e.g. Concern letters, temporary secondment letters, internal transfers letters, resignation letters and sales commission letter.                                        
6. Prepare DDR (Document Distribution Record) to send documents to branches.                                        
7. To update HR Executive and Manager on all issues, decisions and communication with any external party within the plant or external party.                                        
8. Filling of documents and maintain proper personal filling system. To actively attend to quires from branches and external parties.                                        
9. Ensure all above letters issued and signed by employee and notified payroll.                                        
10. To undertake any ad-hoc project or any other task that may be assigned to you from time to time by your superior.

Education Requirement

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any other related disciplines.

Skills Requirement

1. Working knowledge of HR functions.                                        
2. Knowledge of computer applications i.e. MS Excel and HR-specific software programs i.e. HRIS"                                        
3. Reporting and communication skills.
