Job Summary (Brief summary of Job Responsibility)

Assist the Human Resource Manager/ Assistant Manager to support the administration of the day-to-day operations of human resources department pertaining Compensation and Benefits (C & B) functions which will cover all the Baba Group of companies.

Job Description (List of task carried out)

1. Manage employee’s insurance matters - Personal Accident, Hospitalization & Surgical Insurance, and Workmen Compensation insurance.                                        
2. Assist in the implementation of the SAP Human Resource Management System    (SAP HRMS).                                        
3. Preparing offer letters & appointment letters for new employee. Conduct new employees’ orientation program for non executive level.
4. Prepare new employee’s personal file and key in personnel date information in Orisoft System (HRMW).
5. Keep updating Employee Master List on  contract renewal and confirmation and evaluation for staff as well as to distribute it before the due date.                                        
6. Processing the resignation including issuance of acceptance letters after confirming the resignation notice period, leave balance etc.

7. To monitor incoming letters and prepare all HR related letters e.g. Concern letters, temporary secondment letters, internal transfers letters, resignation letters and sales commission letter.
8. Handle leave administration i.e. check validity of medical certificates, verification numbers of days and ensure submission to payroll.
9. Responsible in raising the stationery items for HR Department usage.
10. To undertake any ad-hoc project or any other related task that may be assigned to you from time to time by your superior/Management.                                       

Education Requirement

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any other related disciplines.

Skills Requirement

1. Working knowledge of HR functions.                                        
2. Knowledge of computer applications i.e. MS Excel and HR-specific software programs i.e. HRIS"                                        
3. Reporting and communication skills.
