Coordinate the overall running of the production department. Ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently on time.

Job Description (List of task carried out)

1. Monitor planning and organizing production schedules.                
2. Ensure raw material and product security and proper documentation of transaction                
3. Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.                
4. Train and guide the subordinate under his supervision.                
5. Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials.                
6. Organizing relevant training sessions.                
7. Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.                
8. Monitor production to resolve issues. Handle day to day issues.                
9. Ensure output meets quality standards                
10. Recruit, orientate, train, assign, schedule, coach and discipline of production staffs.
