Manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform variety of admin clerical tasks.
Job Description (List of task carried out)
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and arrange refreshment for the visitors
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.Follow up and update new number auto dial setting
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Meeting room booking
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying,
- Keep detailed and accurate records of calls received
- Keep record for the mail,courier received and distribution to the related department
- Vendor -Cheque banking and distribution arrangement .PV distribution to the related department
