Manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform variety of admin clerical tasks.

Job Description (List of task carried out)

  1. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and arrange refreshment for the visitors
  2. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.Follow up and update new number auto dial setting
  3. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  4. Meeting room booking
  5. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying,
  6. Keep detailed and accurate records of calls received
  7. Keep record for the mail,courier received and distribution to the related department
  8. Vendor -Cheque banking and distribution arrangement .PV distribution to the related department
