Job Description (List of task carried out)

1. You are required to drive the vehicle within speed limits and to follow-up with the management on the timely renewal of the road tax                                        
2. Ensure the vehicle is in roadworthy condition. In the event the vehicle is not in roadworthy condition due to any reason whatsoever, you are to ensure that the repair and/or parts replacement are carried out, before taking the vehicle out.                                        
3. Should not let anyone use the company vehicle, which is assigned under your responsibility and required to inform any accidents, traffic offence or accident while on duty to the management without fail.                                        
4. Pick up Director’s school going children from the house and send to school on a timely basis everyday and pick them back daily at end of school hours;                                        
5. Assist in purchasing sundry goods or greens for the kitchen staff at home and Provide chauffer service to family members as and when needed;                                        
6. Run errands for family members as and when required and Assist to settle utility bills as instructed;                                        
7. Ensure the vehicle is in roadworthy condition. In the event the vehicle is not in roadworthy condition due to any reason whatsoever, you are to ensure that the repair and/or parts replacement are carried out, before taking the vehicle out.                                        
8. Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicles assigned to you at all times;                                        
9. Consumption of intoxicating beverage during work is strictly prohibited.                                        
10. Any other task that may be assigned to you from time to time by the company.
