Job Description (List of task carried out)

1. To follow all forklift operating safety regulation and procedures and inform any unsafe work condition to superior without fail.                                        
2. You are required to carry only 5 empty metal pallets in your forklift and  moves levers and control movement of lifting apparatus.                                        
3. Positions forks, lifting platform, or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials or hooks tow trucks to trailer hitch, and transports load to designated area.                                        
4. Unloads and stacks material by raising and lowering lifting device.                                        
5. Inventories materials on work floor, and supply workers with materials as needed.                                        
6. Weighs materials or products and records weight on tags, labels, or production schedules.                                        
7. Loads or unloads materials onto or off of pallets, skids, or lifting device.                                        
8. Lubricates truck, recharges batteries and replaces liquefied gas tank.                                        
9. You will be required to perform the above task when transferred to any of our factory (F1, F2 & F3 or Rawang Factory).                                        
10. Any other tasks as instructed by your supervisor from time to time.
