Job Summary (Brief summary of Job Responsibility)

Functional support to assist on the Halal application and administration for both Indonesia and JAKIM halal certification and as an internal trainer for Food Handling Training

Job Description (List of task carried out)

1. To conduct halal training/awareness program to all staffs (new joiner & refresh) and to coordinate or/and conduct food handlers training to staff.

2. To assist on halal certificate applications for JAKIM and Indonesia.

3. To assist on halal documentation, administration and maintain halal fail accordingly. 

4. To monitor the halal requirements and halal related matters.

5. To inspect and monitor Halal Critical Point.

6. To assist on auditing program for the Halal Management System.

7. To entertain Halal authority officer(s) upon auditing/enforcement

8. To check for compliance for procedures followed strictly according to documentation, to indentify non-conformances and providing recommendations for improvements.

9. Compile reports to Halal Affairs Manager.

10 To take instruction from Halal Affairs Manager from time to time.

Education Requirement

·        Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Halal Management/Study or any related field.

·        Candidate must certified Halal Executive Under Professional Board

Skill Requirements

·        Candidate must certified Halal Executive Under Professional Board (HPB).

·        At least 2-3 Years of working experience in the related field.

·        Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Selayang.

·        5.5 days working.
